Pastured Eggs

Hatch & Harvest Egg Co. is a small egg business operated by the next generation here on our ranch — our kids. What started as a simple chore quickly grew into their own entrepreneurial project.

They help care for the hens, gather eggs, wash cartons, and prepare orders. Through this small business they are learning responsibility, animal care, and the importance of producing honest food for their community.

Every carton of eggs helps teach them valuable lessons about work, stewardship of the land, and the pride that comes from producing real food for real families.

Right now, the kids at Hatch and Harvest have accumulated enough recuring orders that residual inventories remain too low to offer their eggs for sale on-line. Eggs may be available in the future.
