Grass Fed & Finished Beef

Our grass-finished beef is raised the way nature intended — on open pasture, under wide skies, and managed with care through regenerative grazing practices that restore soil health and strengthen the land for generations to come.

Every animal is born and raised right here on our ranch, never shipped in, never sent to a feedlot. From day one to harvest, they live on diverse pastures, rotating frequently to fresh forage. This natural lifestyle allows them to fully express their genetics while improving the health of our soils, grasses, and ecosystem.

Because our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, their diet consists entirely of nutrient-dense forages — no grain, no added hormones or antibiotics, no confinement —  no shortcuts. The result is beef that is:

Pastured Chicken

Our chickens are raised outdoors on fresh pasture, where they are free to scratch, peck, forage, and express their natural behaviors. They are moved to fresh grass daily, which spreads natural fertility, supports soil biology, and strengthens the overall health of our land.

While chickens naturally forage for grasses, insects, and seeds, they are also supplemented with a carefully selected non-GMO grain mix of barley, peas, and oats. This balanced ration supports healthy growth while maintaining the integrity of a regenerative, pasture-based system. Our chickens are never given vaccines, antibiotics, or added hormones.

You’ll notice the difference immediately. Our pastured chicken has a deeper color, firmer texture, and a richer, more traditional flavor — the way chicken used to taste. It cooks beautifully and doesn’t shrink excessively in the pan like typical store-bought poultry.

Grass Fed & Finished Lamb

Our lamb is raised with intention from the very beginning. Every lamb is born and raised right here on our ranch, never sourced from outside operations and never finished in confinement. From their first steps on pasture to harvest day, they live the way sheep were designed to live — grazing fresh grass, moving frequently, and thriving in a regenerative system that works in partnership with nature.

Through planned rotational grazing, our sheep are moved regularly to fresh paddocks. This builds healthier soil, strengthens plant diversity, increases water infiltration, and supports the countless organisms beneath the surface. The animals nourish the land, and the land nourishes them — creating a truly regenerative cycle.

Our lamb is:

100% grass-fed and grass-finished

Pasture Raised Pork

Our pigs are raised outdoors on pasture, where they can root, graze, explore, and express their natural instincts. They are an important part of our regenerative system — disturbing the soil surface in beneficial ways, cycling nutrients, and helping us build healthier ground for future forage growth.

Because pigs are monogastric animals and require more than forage alone, they are supplemented with a carefully selected non-GMO grain mix of barley, peas, and oats. We do not use GMO corn or soy. This balanced ration supports steady, healthy growth while maintaining the integrity of our pasture-based system.

Our pork is:

Our pasture-raised eggs come to you through a special partnership with
Hatch & Harvest Egg Co., a small egg business proudly run by our young children here on the ranch.
From caring for the hens to collecting the eggs, they are learning firsthand the value of responsibility, stewardship, and producing wholesome food. The hens are raised on fresh pasture where they can roam freely, scratch in the soil, hunt for insects, and enjoy sunshine and fresh air. They are moved regularly to new areas of grass, which helps distribute natural fertility and supports the regenerative health of our land.

Our eggs are unwashed, meaning the natural protective coating (called the bloom) remains intact.
This helps preserve freshness and allows the eggs to maintain their natural quality just as they were laid.
