Our Ranch-Raised Products
100% Grass-Finished Beef
Our cattle are born and raised on our ranch and finished entirely on pasture. Rotational grazing allows them to thrive on diverse forages while improving the health of our soils and grasslands. The result is flavorful, nutrient-dense beef raised without grain.
100% Grass-Finished Lamb
Our lambs are raised on pasture from birth and finished entirely on grass. Managed through regenerative grazing, they enjoy fresh forage and open space, producing lamb that is mild, tender, and deeply flavorful.
Pastured Pork
Our pigs are raised outdoors on pasture where they can root, graze, and explore naturally. They are supplemented with a non-GMO ration of barley, peas, and oats while helping cycle nutrients and improve soil health on the ranch.
Pastured Chicken
Our chickens are raised on fresh pasture and moved regularly to new grass. Their diet includes natural foraging along with a non-GMO mix of barley, peas, and oats, producing chicken with rich flavor and exceptional quality.
Pasture-Raised Eggs
Our eggs come from Hatch & Harvest Egg Co., a small egg business run by our children here on the ranch. The hens live on pasture where they can scratch, forage, and enjoy fresh air and sunshine, producing beautiful farm-fresh eggs with rich golden yolks.
