Our pasture-raised pork liver is a traditional nutrient-dense food rich in iron, vitamin A, and essential nutrients. Raised outdoors on pasture where pigs can root, graze, and express their natural instincts, our pork is wholesome and flavorful. Pork liver can be pan-seared, used in pâté, or incorporated into a variety of classic nose-to-tail recipes.

Pastured Pork Liver

Our pork liver comes from pigs that are raised right here on our farm and spend their lives outdoors on pasture. In our regenerative system, pigs are able to root, graze, and explore naturally while helping cycle nutrients and contribute to healthier soils.

Because pigs require more than forage alone, they are supplemented with a carefully selected non-GMO grain mix of barley, peas, and oats. We never use GMO corn or soy. This balanced ration supports healthy growth while maintaining the integrity of our pasture-based system.
