Our beef tongue comes from cattle that are born and raised on our ranch and finished entirely on grass through regenerative grazing practices. Our cattle live on pasture where they graze diverse forages while helping improve soil health and ecosystem function.

Because our animals are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, they enjoy a natural diet of grasses and legumes rather than grain. This produces beef with exceptional flavor and natural nourishment.

Beef tongue is prized for its incredible tenderness and rich flavor. When slow-cooked and peeled, the meat becomes buttery soft and is perfect for slicing, shredding, or using in tacos, sandwiches, and traditional dishes.
