Our beef hearts come from cattle that are born and raised right here on our ranch and finished entirely on grass. Raised through regenerative grazing practices, our cattle spend their lives on pasture where they contribute to healthier soils, thriving grasslands, and a balanced ecosystem.

Because our animals are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, their diet consists entirely of diverse, nutrient-rich forages — never grain and never feedlot confinement. This natural lifestyle produces beef that is not only flavorful, but also deeply nourishing.
