Hatch & Harvest Egg Co. is a small egg business operated by the next generation here on our ranch — our kids. What started as a simple chore quickly grew into their own entrepreneurial project.

They help care for the hens, gather eggs, wash cartons, and prepare orders. Through this small business they are learning responsibility, animal care, and the importance of producing honest food for their community.

Every carton of eggs helps teach them valuable lessons about work, stewardship of the land, and the pride that comes from producing real food for real families.

The kids at Hatch and Harvest are getting enough eggs to open sales to new customers. Eggs may be picked up at the farm, or if you live in Cooperstown, they can deliver your eggs to your front door! Deliveries are made every Wednesday after school. If you live out of town, please contact us to arrange delivery or pick up options.
